Adobe Portfolio question

Community Beginner ,
Oct 22, 2019 Oct 22, 2019

Hi, I'm currently a student who has purchased the student plan for Adobe Creative Cloud and I've started doing commissions. I used Portfolio to make my website, but once I'm not subscribed to Adobe, will my website be deleted or will it stay online?

If you cancel your Creative Cloud plan, your Portfolio site remains intact but it goes offline until you re-subscribe.   In short, without a plan, nobody will see your Portfolio site.

Your Adobe ID is free.  So theoretically even if you cancel a product or software it should still exist.  Just do not delete your entire Adobe account.  Then your site might be gone.

Adobe also offers free apps that you need an Adobe ID for.... so if you just end the software and do not delete your Adobe ID then you should be ok.

I use Adobe Portfolio as my main portfolio site too by the way.

BUT... still email Behance's ZenDesk and ask them.  Since Adobe Portfolio is pretty much well managed by them.  Because I could be wrong and maybe your Portfolio site will not be able to be viewed by others.  So message them and ask.  They resond quickly.

Behamce is free.  Portfolio needs a qualifying paid subscription plan.  As stated in the Knowledgebase & FAQ, a link to which I posted above, Portfolio goes offline when the plan expires/discontinues.
