Adobe programs freeze during installation

Hi guys, I recently bought the CC pack, but all the programs freeze during instalation. Photoshop doesn't pass 5,2%; Lightroom stops at 12%... What should I do?

I'm using macOS Catalina and trying to install the modt recent version from adobe's website

What OS are you using?

If Catalina then that is the problem.

2. Click the chat bot icon. 
3. Type Agent followed by Enter key.
