Adobe Programs Glitch, Flickering, Errors

Hello.




I have a problem with my Adobe programs for about a month. A very strange error occurs, glitches appear all over the screen. The flaws flicker, have very crazy colors and shapes. Glitches disappear when I move the program window or minimize, but they also disappear when I try to make a screenshot, so this why the images from my phone. This problem is so strange.




I use the latest Adobe Software + latest OS. My iMac model is from 2013.




Does anyone have any idea what it could be?
