Adobe Reference Guides

I can't seem to find the link to download the Dreamweaver Reference Guide, seem to be having the same issues with a number of them like After Effects and Premiere as well.

I have tried downloading them from here

 https://helpx.adobe.com/x-productkb/global/help-pdf-localized-languages.html 

 But only the InCopy and Prelude when I tested the English links, the rest just open a blank browser window and nothing appears in download folder - have tried Chrome and Safari browsers.

Any guidance on where I can find the pdf reference guides.
