I tried Adobe about 2 months ago. Now I am in a contract for a yearly subscription that I didn't agree too. I spoke to support and to be honest I'm not impressed. Covid has hit me hard, I'm literally broke and will have to freeze my account due to this.

When you 'click to agree' to the subscription terms while buying a subscription, that means that you really do need to read BEFORE you enter your credit card number to buy a subscription... When you gave Adobe your credit card, what did you think they would do with it?
You had 14 days to cancel your subscription and request a refund. It looks like you failed to do it.
