Adobe Support: Just an absolute mess!!

I have been trying to contact a human being at Adobe for a WEEK!!!!  Could Adobe please make it more difficult for us to speak to a human being!!!   Please see my 20 years worth of invoices I've been paying!!   Now I NEED a whispered word from the GODS and there's NOTHING NOTHING NOTHING AVAILABLE....
