I have CS6 Mastercollection. When I open Photoshop or illustrator (I didn't try other applications but probably will also result the same) it gives me pop up menu that I have to deactivate previous devices because I reached my limit.
The problem is I can't deactivate my previous devices because adobe website doesn't list any.
I can't access the "previous devices" because it's the same computer just did clean install.
contact adobe support and request an activation count reset. ask for nothing else related to cs6 or you'll be directed back to the forums where no one can help you with that reset.
