Adobe won't allow me to download Photoshop Elements 2020 which I have a paid license for

Please advise

I purchased photoshop elements 2020 and premiere elements 2020 in Aug 2020.

My mac crashed and I need an install of photoshop elements 2020. I have my license key.

Every time I try to download it refers me to upgrade to Photoshop Elements 2021.

Any idea how I can just stay with my Photoshop Elements 2020 without having to upgrade?

The premiere elements 2020 is working fine.

When you have a download, ALWAYS copy it to at least one external device
-a usb flash drive or hard drive, or write to a CD or DVD
-plus a text file containing your serial number
