Adobe wont download

We recently purchased Adobe PDF student version and as it seems it is not downloading onto my computer.

I do beilieve that its not downloading due to the fact that my computer is bot a 32 bit computer its a 64 bit. Is there any one that may be able to guide me in the right direction of being able to install all the programs I've recently paid for. Thank you in advance.

This is a user-to-user community.  We don't know what you purchased or for which devices.  Can you please be more specific?

• Which product?
• Which operating system?
• Which browser?
• What if any error messages are you seeing when you try to download?

Thank you for posting your query here.

Please make sure that you have Local Administrator rights on your computer for installing the software. 

You may try uninstalling any previous version of Acrobat if already installed ( Except Acrobat Reader) and download the Direct Acrobat Installer from :  https://helpx.adobe.com/acrobat/kb/acrobat-dc-downloads.html
