I have downloaded XD_Set-Up and went through the verification and started installing it on my laptop (hp), I have windows 10 Pro, 4gb of RAM and Intel Core i3-5005U. The problem is that the installation starts, but it stops at some point. Twice it stopped when it reached 15%, now it stops when it reaches 5%. What can be the reason for the issue? Is that because of my internet connection is slow or some other reasons? Thank you.
Miraziz, sorry you are facing problems installing Adobe XD. I do not see a Creative Cloud membership assigned to the e-mail address you used to post to this public discussion forum? Do you have a CC membership or are you attempting to use the non-paid features of Adobe XD? Are you installing Adobe XD on a computer and network that you own and maintain?
