I brought a new computer (Dell Latitude e7440) and installed adobe creative cloud and XD and all worked fine, but after my computer updated automatically to Win10 1903, Adobe XD won't start so I tried all the possible solutions. one of these solutions was to reinstall Adobe XD, but it also involved another problem which is Adobe creative cloud can't download anything even updating itself. tried to reinstall creative cloud but no luck.
