AdobeID can't be autenticised when installing

I have subscribed to the Photography 20MB plan. I can log in to my account, and I use the access app.

When I try to download and install Lightroom the autetication of my AdobeID fails. What can I do?

Yes

I uninstalled Adobe Creative Cloud, so a new version was installed when I downloaded Lightroom.
