After Effects installed C4D?

Hello! I got a 30 day free trial for After Effects 2020 and it popped up in my start bar that these were installed? Im confused. I thought C4D was a whole different company? is it a virus? is it something thats used in After Effects? or is it Cinema 4D as a whole that i somehow got?

Thanks, John Waller. What about a 30 day free trial? I thought Adobe were only doing 7 day trials now, but who knows what they will do from day to day...

Thanks, I didn't know they would do that. Only give a deferment of a subscription.

Same here. Adobe Customer Service seem to use a lot of discretion on a case by case basis.
