After Effects Language Problem

Hi, I've already downloaded After Effect s CC 2018, but I would like to set the language to English, but the system replys:

After Effects can’t continue: Licensing Error:

Your subscription entitles you to Chinese Simplified product versions. Please verify the language settings in your OS, browser, and software download are set to Chinese Simplified. If you continue to have installation issues, please contact support. {www.adobe.com/go/support}

Is it impossible to make it to English version? I'm seeking for solutions!!

You create a simple text file and save the file name as "ae_force_english.txt" in C:\Users\{your login name}\Documents\.
