After Effects, Photoshop and Premiere Pro won't start after latest update (2022 versions)

The three apps have disappeared from my desktop menu and when I try to start them via the windows menu the attached error message pops up, or they just won´t start. What has happened and what can I do about it? Have tried uninstalling and re-installing a number of times.ERRORMESS.JPG

Have you tried running those apps with admin rights (right-click on the executable > Run as Administrator)?

Does the error go away?
