AI trial

Hi all

I downloaded the AI trial - which I believe should last for 7 days - mine didn't even last 1 minute - it immediately opened up a window telling me my trial has expired and that I should purchase to use the product

and I cannot get through to customer service - can anyone help?

there's nothing easy (eg, you can reformat your hd, reinstall your os and then start a trial) that you can do to correct that on the problematic computer.  you can start a trial on another computer.
