uninstall everything cc including preferences, https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/help/uninstall-remove-app.html
then uninstall the cc desktop app, https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/help/uninstall-creative-cloud-desktop-app.html
clean your computer of cc files per http://www.adobe.com/support/contact/cscleanertool.html
restart your computer (don't skip this)
reinstall the cc desktop app, https://creative.adobe.com/products/creative-cloud.
if you're unable to install the cc desktop app at this stage, use an administrator account (solution 4 here, https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/creative-cloud-missing-damaged.html)
use the desktop app to install your cc programs/trials

Daniela12110863, please make sure you are browsing to /Library/Application Support/Adobe/OOBE/Configs/ as suggested by Kglad in message #1 of this public forum discussion.
The screenshot you posted is within the hidden User Library folder and is not the contents of the OOBE folder that is located in the Root library folder. Once you browse to /Library/Application Support/Adobe/OOBE/ you will then want to look for the Configs folder. If it is not there then please implement the steps recommended by Kglad in message #5 to restore the Apps tab to the Creative Cloud desktop app.
Daniela12110863, if you have a Creative Cloud for Team or Enterprise membership, then please work with your local Creative Cloud admin to install any applications and updates. I reviewed the e-mail address you used to post to this public forum discussion, but there is no Creative Cloud membership associated with it. If you are attempting to evaluate Creative Cloud then Kglad's suggestions in message #5 should still restore the Apps tab.
