Alert that tells me either to test or to purchase the cc, although I pay my monthly subscription fee

Whenever I try to open any program of the creative suite, there is an alert coming up which tells me to either purchase or test the program for sevene days. I have a students abo for the creative cloud and I pay my monthly fee with Paypal. I dont know why it dosent work any more.

Can anybody help me?
