All apps [in CC Desktop app have Install button]

It may be a silly question but when I open my CC app on my laptop most of the apps have an install button available to me. Does this mean I can use them for free or has there been some glitch? I don't want to install and then find I'm being billed for them. I have the Photography Plan.
