If you have an All CC App subscription, you are entitled to install and activate all CC products.

Did you buy the subscription from Adobe or via your school?

If you bought from your school, contact your school's helpdesk.

If you bought from Adobe, check your subscription status, by logging into your account at the address https://account.adobe.com. Look if you really have an active CC subscription. If you don't have, you probably took the subscription with a different Adobe ID. Try out what IDs (email address) you may have used.

In all cases, this resource will be helpful for you: https://helpx.adobe.com/manage-account/kb/stop-creative-cloud-trial-mode-after-purchase.html

If you really don't get to the bottom of it, contact Adobe Customer Care. Adobe customer care can be contacted by beginning a secure chat session at https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen. Pop-up blockers need to be disabled! If the chat window fails to open, or is non-responsive, use a different device to start the interaction.
Support phone numbers may be found here: https://helpx.adobe.com/contact/phone.html. Please note that phone charges may apply.

Hello,

thank you very much for the information. I checked the link. I bought the photographer’s package for 12 dollars, but I am sure that I bought the students’ package because 19 dollars was paid from my account
