I have a student who is unable to install the LightroomClassic/Photoshop bundle because of a slow Internet connection. I am searching for ways to possibly mail them the installation files on a thumb drive. The programs are licensed until May 31st, for student home use, through our Community College. What are my options?
Thank You.

Yup. This is a very bad situation. Adobe still hasn't made 2020 direct downloads publicly available. And I feel very strongly that the need is greater than ever during this pandemic.
All I can suggest is contacting support via online chat and asking the AGENT (not the artificial intelligence bot) for 2020 direct downloads.

NOTE: The pandemic is effecting all sectors. There are fewer Adobe agents available and wait times are longer than normal.

Davida93328477, as Nancy has indicated you can contact our support team to request a copy of the installation files.
As an alternative though, I would recommend contacting whoever is administrating the Creative Cloud membership for your Community College. It is very likely your institution has a Creative Cloud for Enterprise license. This means they have the ability to create their own installation packages. By creating your own installation package it will be possible to also include updates that have been released for Photoshop and Lightroom. If you have to utilize the installation files available through our chat support team, then you will be only given access to the base versions. Any updates that have been made available would still need to be downloaded over the slow internet connections.
Please reference the following documents for information on how to create installation packages:
