Since the creative cloud update, of course, we are always disconect from Adobe, don't have acces to our cloud and our font. What a nice and reliable product made for professsional.

it's not clear what you're describing but if it's the repeated sign-out issue, Adobe Creative Cloud signs you out or asks you to sign in repeatedly

Yes we know, we got this problem on almost every adobe creative cloud update of the last 3 years, Nice hey? And Adobe never fixed the problem. We really like to pay to be beta tester.

By the way, where can we sent the bill for the lost hours?

p.s. these are user-to-user forums.  you're not venting to an adobe employee that's being paid to listen to complaints.

p.p.s if you want help in the forums, you should more carefully explain your problem.  as mentioned in message 1, it's not clear what you're describing.
