I got it! The working solution was the "CreativeCloud Cleaner Tool". I used the Tool to clean up the "Adobe ID credentials" and then it finally worked and i could log into my CreativeCloud Software again.

September auf, also seit 7 Tagen.

The problem is not my active membership. The problem is that creative cloud software doesn't allow me to either log in or out at all. The Icon in the Taskbar doesn't react to any click with my mouse (the other icons do react).
I tried the Limited Access Tool, the only thing that changed was that Creative Cloud was now stuck in loading. Then it crashed and asked me to repair. I accepted and now the error-message shows up again.
I can't log into my old account on the adobe website either. To me it seems like that the account is broken and that causes trouble. Is there a way for me to send you the e-mail address of my old account so you can look it up?

Thuzzwoob, account assistance is provided by our chat support team at https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen. If you cannot even log into https://www.adobe.com/, please begin a secure chat session so that access can be restored.

First of all, thank you for your help. It took me a while to find the little speech bubble in the Application and Service-Overview. I will try to contact the support via this way. I don't know how to begin a secure chat session, but maybe the chat support can help me with the problem of the broken account as well.

Thuzzwoob, if you are clicking on https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen, then the chat window should automatically open. If it isn't, then try using a different browser or device. The current web browser could be blocking you from beginning a secure chat session or even seeing the chat bubble in the right-hand corner of the page.
