Hello.
I've been waiting to chat with a specialist on Live Chat for about an hour so far but no one, besides automated messages, has contacted me. So, I figured, I'll post here.
I was hoping to update my current annual Photography plan (20 GB) that I've had for about a month to the annual Creative Cloud All Apps (100 GB). If I do so; will I be charged a lump sum amount of 50% of my remaining contract obligation for the Photography plan?
