Hey Michael,

Please check the creative cloud folder in your local drive. Is there any file in that folder for uploading

Also

Did you try to check the storage manually by going on to website:

Adobe Creative Cloud

login into your creative cloud

check the folder name deleted.

Because Adobe creative cloud also provide same feature like trash/recycle bin.

I know that the storage also including deleted folder too.

But I resolve this type of issue whenever I get by this. I hope it will work for you to

Found out that deleted files count towards my quota. This needs better implementation probably in the form of a notice that adds "you may want to empty your deleted files folder on the web.".

Yes, but that makes that you use about 100% of your quota. You are at 12%. Coud you confirm that the deleted files were eating up your quota?

I believe that deleted file were eating up quota because I have premier pro auto-saves and other video projects saved there that I have deleted (from my computer) and also I have been having this problem for months.

Once I permanently deleted files through my adobe account online, Adobe Cloud started syncing again.
