Anyone with the same experience as mine?

I joined Adobe's Creative Cloud Photography plan in 2016 for HK$68 per month. Up to February 2019, the payment was debited to my credit card by Adobe's agent Digital River on the 5th of every month. Then accidentally I found that in February, however, in addition to the monthly fee, a sum of US$59.88 was also debited to my credit card one day later, on 6th February. This was done without my authorisation. I contacted Adobe on its chat room and spent over 3 hours asking the operator to explain why this charge was made and couldn't get any answer. It was shocking enough to find out the unauthorised debit, and it was even more frustrating talking to the operator who seemed to evade answering my questions.

I am still trying hard to talk to Adobe again to settle this issue.  If anyone had the similar experience I would be most grateful to hear how you tackled them. My fear is that there is no guarantee that similar unauthorised debit will not happen again for those who join Adobe's plans.
