Hi a couple of days ago i got a package for all of the adobe products through my school. I opened my package and it installed everything but it is saying that i don't own it, I am currently using the free trials on many apps. The package that i got is the ones that go onto the computers for video editing and all that. If anyone knows how to fix this it would be greatly appreciated.
If that doe'nt make sence i am sorry, it is currently 1:30am on a tuesday.
If you have a device licenses ,you are not allowed to install CC 2019 versions .You can ask your admin if you have a device licenses and in this case he needs to provide a new package for CC 2018 .
