When I used Creative Cloud on my iMac to update my PhotoShop and Light Room apps I am getting a message that the latest versions are incompatible with my current operating system - Sierra 10.12.6.
I've attached a screen shot of my current configuration.
I've tried to update the OS but cannot find an alternative in the App Store.
Any suggestions?

Yep, Photoshop and Lightroom/Lightroom Classic require macOS 10.14 (Mojave) to work:

- https://helpx.adobe.com/lightroom-classic/system-requirements.html
You may either stay on your current Photoshop/Lightroom version or upgrade your macOS to Catalina:

Unfortunately, a 2011 Mac can only be upgraded to High Sierra (prior to Mojave)
High Sierra requirements: https://support.apple.com/en-au/HT208969
Mojave requirements: https://support.apple.com/en-au/HT210190
So you won't be able to upgrade to an operating system which is compatible with the current Cloud versions.

Either stay with your existing software version or buy a new Mac to run the current Cloud versions.

So what do I do with my subscription if I'm unable to benefit from upgrades?

You can keep running the older versions indefinitely (but may not be able to reinstall them if you have to set your system up again, so consider the implications of this carefully). Or you can use the remainder of your year's subscription to seek and transition to apps which will run on old systems, then cancel before renewal.
