Apps won't load

Hello,

 

I am on MacOS version 12.2

I am tring to load into the apps and they load but the screens are just black on the apps. They wont actully load onto the program.

I have undownloaded all of my adobe apps and reinstalled them.

Updated my computer

restarted ,my mac

Jacqueline, sorry you cannot load the Creative Cloud desktop app on macOS 12.2.  What type of Mac computer are you using?  If the computer uses one of Apple's new processors, then see https://helpx.adobe.com/download-install/kb/apple-silicon-m1-chip.html for solutions to the current behavior.

 

If you have an Intel Mac, or the solutions in the other link are unsuccessful, then see https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/creative-cloud-app-doesnt-open.html for additional steps you can take to allow the Creative Cloud desktop app to load.
