Bonjour,

Je suis la procédure de résiliation indiquée sur votre site mais rien ne fonctionne. Je précise je suis abonné depuis moins de 15 jours donc je peux encore résilier mon abonnement. Peut-être qu'Adobe va attendre que je dépasse ces 15 jours légaux pour m'aider ? Belle technique commerciale.

Bonjour,

J'ai le même problème. 

Depuis octobre, je suis abonné à deux formules. D'abord un abonnement gratuit à Creative Cloud puis un autre à Document Cloud. Ces abonnements supposés gratuits ne le sont en réalité pas puisque chaque mois depuis octobre, je suis débité de 23,99€.

J'essaye chaque semaine de vous contacter en vain.
Merci de faire le nécessaire pour stopper ces prélèvements.

Hahaha John T Smith that's ballsy, a link on scammers, really? On a post called "SCAM: I can't cancel my Adobe subscription"??? People here like myself have already been scammed.

J'étais dans le même cas... impossible d'annuler car rien n'était actif dans mon compte.

Après ils attendent la fin des 14 jours pour facturer mais pas un mois c'est pour une année LOL

Alors j'ai payé avec paypal = ils ont eu 23€99 pour la modification d'un document sur 2 jours mais

Pour l'annulation j'ai eu "vous n'avez aucun produit actif dans votre compte" = rien à annuler

En fait ils diront que ce n'était pas encore à jour et qu'il faut attendre quelques jours pour la validation et donc pour annuler l'abonnement aussi LOL

Payé avec Paypal j'ai de ce pas annulé le prélèvement encore plus simplement que de téléphoner à Ladobe assistance (abonnement pris par le net = annulation par le net.

Bref au final ils pleurent tous les mois pour récupérer 24€ qu'ils auront jamais.

Voilà mon pti coup de gueule et la réponse du berger à la bergère...

je vous comprend il a fallu que j'apelle ma banque pour bloquer les transactions qui se fessait chaque mois alors que j'était désabonner il me débitait 40$ chaque mois alors que je n'avais même plus accès au service il a fallut que je me batte au téléphone avec le service a la clientèle pour au final appeler la banque mais je n'ais

jamais été rembourser
