I have a problem with ps 22.1 .
I bought a new Imac specifactions: Modelnaam: iMac

Processornaam: 10-Core Intel Core i9
Processorsnelheid: 3,6 GHz
Aantal processors: 1
Totale aantal cores: 10
L2-cache (per core): 256 KB
L3-cache: 20 MB
Hyperthreading-technologie: Ingeschakeld
Geheugen: 32 GB
Everytime when I am working at a picture ( about 6 GB till 20 Gb) PS crashes an d i had to waite a long time before it continues. I ve tried a lot but no succeed.
Before I worked on a Imac late 2011 with PS 6 and never a problem.
I called a helpdesk numer I found on internet and after permision het logged in on my computer. Then he said i had to pay 2 euro's and het will fixe the problem and i got back my money. I said i did not pay it. Then he had a screen form the bank and on the sreen i had to fill in my count number from the bank and the number from my scan. On the screen yousaw indeed 2 euro but on the scan from my bank showed 150 euro to AH . Then I said he was a criminal and het hang up by the phone. the telephonenumber was: 0297728131 in the Netherlands. So I almost lost 150 euro! But my problem is not solved and I am very disappaointed when you buy a new computer and the newest PS and it does not work!
