Aucune application ne se lance

Bonjour à tous.

Je viens juste d'acheter ma licence et ai téléchargé des appli.

Quelle que soit l'appli que je lance, j'ai une fenêtre blanche qui s'ouvre et "mouline" (cf photo) et si je la ferme, ça me ferme l'application.

Si quelqu'un a un solution...
