Authentication app

I have got iPhone pro max ( replacement new one ) and I can't access my authentication app, its state " unable to register " 

when I deactivate and reactive - no joy .. any idea why ?

Hi

 

I think I found it.

 

I looked at your screen shot again and it's "authenticator", not "authentication" — minor, but I couldn't find it the first time.

 

It's a Google app for two-step identification.

I have two factor identification for Adobe that I set up here after signing into my account: https://account.adobe.com/security

It's in the PW & Security tab. If you do it this way, you won't need the Google App.

I read a lot of messages, and I have never heard of "Adobe authentication app"

 

Is that the exact name?
