Auto update terror

Advisor ,
Dec 21, 2018 Dec 21, 2018

I have not enabled auto update but CC is constantly trying to force updates on me whenever I close and open CC installer and/or whenever I close and open an app that is not up to date. CC is trying to update by totally ignoring my set preferences. To avoid it I need to stop the unwanted action of downloading files. I guess the auto update checkbox is there for a reason right? I have not ticked it Adobe! Seems like yet another gift from the infinite bag of Adobe bugs.

As mentioned auto update keeps forcing updates on me although I have disabled auto update. That's the core issue of my post.

Yes, but you did not explain what measures you took.

To disable auto update wherever possible and to check that auto update

isn't on in any way shape or form in the CC system. That's pretty much all

I can do as a customer.
