Before I reinstall my Adobe Products I need to get the serial number off them

I need to reset my computer back to factory setting which will delete my Photoshop element 12 and my adobe acrobat DC.   I had these programs over 2-3 years maybe more so I dont have the original serial number, so before I do this can someone please tell me how I can obtain these number directly from my the program on my computer.  I dont want to pay for these program again

Which operating system?

If you registered the software, have you tried signing in to your Adobe account online and retrieving them there?

I hope you find them, but remember that the serial number is what you paid for. Keep it safe. Don't just keep it on the computer, as that could be lost. I have a folder for such things.
