Behance account no longer active

Hi everyone! Hoping to get some help on this, cause I'm so confused. 

 

So, I just upgraded my Adobe account from a free user to a creative cloud user. Unfortunately, that change has potentially deleted all my active profiles (behance). When I tried logging into my Behance account, the system seems to assume that I'm a brand new user, because I have no access to my old messages, old profile preferences, moodboards, appreciations etc. The old account seems to be nonexistent. 

 

Has anyone experienced this before, if so, how do I get the old account/preferences/messages etc back? Please and thanks
