Bei neuinstallation von CS6 falsche Adobe ID eingegeben, nun Lizenz gesperrt

Hallo, ich musste, weil acrobat nicht mehr funktionierte, Mein CS6 neu installieren. Bei der Installation habe ich die Falsche Adobe ID eingegeben. Darauf hin wurde die Lizenz gesperrt. Die neuinstallation sollte auf dem unveränderten gleichen Rechner stattfinden. 

Der Adobesupport kann mit nicht helfen, da die Lizenz nicht durch Adobe selbst vertrieben wurde und hat mich hier her geschickt. Da sder Support nicht die nötigen Tools besitzen würde. Wer kann mir helfen?

serial numbers get revoked, but not because of an incorrect adobe id.  try installing using offline activation. 

 

disconnect the installed computer from the internet

Launch the product.

At the Serial Number Validation screen, click Having Trouble Connecting To The Internet.

Click Offline Activation and click Generate a Response Code.

Write down the Request Code.

Switch to an online computer and navigate to www.adobe.com/go/getactivated.

Click Offline Activation.

Sign in with your Adobe ID.

Enter your Request code and click Generate.

Write down the Response code.

Switch back to the offline computer.

Enter the Response Code and click Activate.

Hi, nope doesn't work. I also delete all Adobe files that I found... There is a hidden registry key. Why is it official possible for Adobe to revoke a serial key but there is nobody by the Support they can take this sh** back... I got this serial official. I got a receipt for it, and I have the plausible reason for this error. I understand that many illegal key outside. I understand Adobe wants to sell products. But I also have rights, or Not?

So, after many Emails with the Adobe tech Support I have Bad news. 

They say, if you have an unlimited license of CS6, the license will run out 5 years after the Support of the products stops. Then you have to buy a new license. So, now I can say, I have burned money for nothing. Thx to Adobe.

I'm wondering it was actually Adobe Support.  There are many scammers out there.  Maybe they were hoping to "sell" you a license.
