Best Adobe Plan for beginners, photo and video?

New Here ,
Apr 12, 2020 Apr 12, 2020

I have PS+LR CC already but want now also to do some basic editing of small videos. The latter should have some decent support for motion tracking, otherwise just basic. Does Adobe have a suitable Plan for this (e.g. PS, LR, Premiere Rush / Pro)..?

PS can edit videos. I've never done it so I have no idea how or how good it is.

But you could also consider getting Premiere Elements 2020 as a one time, perpetual license, purchase.

And to answer you specific question. Yes Adobe does but at a much greater expense than the Photographers plan.

Single App plans start around $20+ a Month.
