Beta Illustrator Installation Failed

I've been having issues using InDesign and Illustrator with my MacBook Pro running Big Sur.

One of the solutions I saw was to try the Beta version. However, creative cloud says that the installation failed and I have no clue why (it says to try again and that the error code is 301).

Any other fixes for glitchy InDesign/Illustrator? Any reasons that the Beta installation isn't working?

When I was part of a Beta program in the past, there was a special way to report problems

I think you need to go back to where you got the Beta version and look for a reporting link
