Hello,
I have purchased Adobe Acrobat Pro in 2017. In november 2019 on Black Friday I have purchased the whole Adobe Suite with a significant discount.
This Adobe Suite package contains also the Acrobat Pro software.Yesterday I have been attentioned by Adobe to update my payment method for the Acrobat Pro software. My problem is that I want to cancel the Acrobat Pro subscription but they didnt allow me beacuse its a yearly subscription untill July 2019, with monthly payment. What can I do?
In one word: I pay 2 time for the same software, used on same account...
