Ieri si è bloccato il computer, riavviato il computer ho fatto partire photoshop, senza avere nessun risultato. Ho provato a reinstallare il software con e senza preferenze, senza risultato. Continua ad uscire una finestra bianca con un cerchio di caricamento. Le altre applicazioni si avviano. Come devo fare?001.jpg002.jpg

Maurone, sorry that you have been facing errors when opening or uninstalling Photoshop CC.  Are you using a computer and network that you manage yourself or is Photoshop CC installed on a computer that belongs to an organization?

To resolve the current error please use the steps listed in Adobe Creative Cloud desktop app doesn't open or shows a spinning progress wheel .  Please update this public forum discussion if you have any questions.

Ho provato ad eseguire tutti i passaggi suggeritomi ma purtroppo l'unica applicazione che funziona è Adobe Acrobat DC, per il resto tutte finestra bianca 004.jpg

Devo scusarmi, ma purtroppo il problema, mi ha portato via del tempo. e sono stato impegnato. Il problema e stato risolto, grazie all'intervento tecnico dello staff di Adobe, che in remoto è intervenuto fisicamente sul mio computer. Ringrazio di nuovo tutti voi e lo staff  del Customer Care che hanno prontamente risolto il problema.
