bought creative cloud in discount but i cannot use photoshop

hello, a few weeks ago i bought the creative Cloud. thex said i can use everthing like photoshop, Lightroom and everythind else for instead of the normal Price for around 34,00€. but now i can onlx use an handful programs and the most only with my Smartphone. why is this, can anybody help me?

There are no subscriptions associated with the Adobe ID you used to post on the forum.

Please sign out and sign in again with the Adobe ID (email address) that you used when you signed up for the subscription.  You will then be able to download the apps.

Go to https://account.adobe.com/plans and repost what is marked there. (Please no e-mails an other private data).

What programs can you use? Mobile applications come for free if you have a CC subscription. I’m only interested on you MacOS or Windows applications!

It sounds like you purchased a subscription to the Photography Plan.

Do you have a modern Windows or Mac  computer that meets the minimum requirements to run Creative Cloud?   See links below.
