Hola, compre el programa adobe premiere pro y me enviaron un correo cancelando el pedido pero aun así me cobraron el dinero.

If you can't cancel, you need to Contact Customer Care​. It may well be that you cancelled and the payment was triggered. What is the status of your subscription?
