Buyer Beware!

  1. DO NOT SIGN UP for any free trials of Adobe products unless you are willing to pay for them & not be able to cancel. My husband did a free trial of Creative Cloud & has been trying for months to cancel it. We've incurred, so far, at least $90 in unwanted subscription fees with NO satisfaction from the company. This company's billing is so disorganized - one hand doesn't know what the other is doing. From chat to phone, no one can seem to solve this problem & get us the refund due. Would expect so much more from a "reputable" company but clearly, their infrastructure is inept. Live chats land you in some foreign country with a rep who's obviously using stock verbage & clearly doesn't have a firm grasp on the language. So frustrating! We'll be avoiding this company once we can finally break free from their bills. Avid has a higher price point, but you get what you pay for!

This is a user-to-user forum, not Adobe support.   I have a feeling there is more here than you are telling us.   What is your Adobe case number please?

A free trial lasts 7 days only. And you have a 14 day grace period to cancel it without penalty.  Did you do that?

Beyond that,  an annual plan is a 12 month commitment.  Cancelling early will incur a 50% penalty fee. Those are the terms.
