I have error P22 by installation adobe Lightroom, system Mojave 10.14.2.

Could you please give me detailed instruction to solve this problem.

Arkadiy, are you attempting to install on a case-sensitive partition or drive?  If so then see doesn't install creative cloud on mojave "error code p22" where this topic has been discussed.
