What password are you asking about?  Adobe applications do not use passwords.

 I think he's asking about the ID. I have this problem too.I did this a long time ago, and now I don't remember the password.

When you are installing or updating on a Mac, that is your Mac asking you to prove that you have permission by asking for your COMPUTER password, not your Adobe password
