CAMBIO PIANO CON ACQUISTO CODICE

Buongiorno, vorrei un'informazione.

Attualemente ho un piano con rinnovo mensile ma ho acquistato un'offerta con un piano annuale con codice di attivazione. Mi chiedevo se poter cambiare piano dovessi obbligatoriamente annullare il mio attuale oppure se fosse possibile inserire direttamente il codice acquistato convertendo l'attuale.
