Can anyone suggest me with how come my username changed ?

Three days ago I try to contact abobe and got conversation with one guy there

I have changed country and credit card country also, so i need a new plan for programs to use

he said he change adress for me so i can use my credit card to buy new plan and work on it right away

next day i try to but realised my username (email was changed) which is very strange I text with other guy and he said he will do it for me

then nothing happen till now and today i try to sign in my abode stock which is i am one of contributor

i cannot find my contributor that i already submit more than 1300 images and have some sell there

from now i have new accoutn that its siad first start submit photos... it's mean all my thing in here are gone?

i try to ask them from contact abode but they said they will find specialise person to talk to me then disconnected!

so What i suppose to do? now i dont have all program i need to use and my contributor account is disappeared too.

Thank you in advance if someone can suggest me what to do?

To my knowledge (Which might be limited in this area) if you change Countries and the payment method country you should not need to Sign Up for a new subscription and or create a new Adobe ID (or Forum user name)

Sign back in to your original account, using the old Adobe ID associated with the other country and see if you can change all the info on that account, payment method and country/region.

How did you contact Adobe, EXACTLY? I am very concerned if you say they texted you. The reason for concern is that there are criminals pretending to be Adobe, who are very convincing. Did they ever ask for your ADOBE PASSWORD?
