I just got an IMac 2012 OS Catalina from eBay and I want to know if I can be able to run my CC Adobe package. Thank you

yes, but you won't be able to use the latest cc app versions.
for the latest versions you can use, check here: https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/system-requirements.html
and for those older versions, most adobe download links are available from prodesigntools.com. https://prodesigntools.com/adobe-direct-download-links.html
follow the directions (esp, step 1)
save the install file. it may not remain online.

Questionable, Adobe apps run at the leading edge. But let's check.
What is the configuration? RAM? Storage? GPU?

And which specific Adobe CC apps? Each one is different.

Adobe is just about done supporting Catalina, and Apple no longer supports it. I would return or resell that Mac and get something newer that will be supported. FWIW I just saw two open box M1 Mac mini computers at Best Buy (Metro Detroit, USA) for US$493 each. Add a used monitor, keyboard, and mouse and you have a system that is MUCH faster than that iMac and will be supported for several years.
