Can I install an older version of photoshop and Lightroom?

Can I uninstall photoshop 2020 and install an earlier version like photoshop 2019? I am very upset about all the weird crashes, layers not working properly, not being able to add photos to a file, etc. I am at my wits end. I may just have to cancel my creative cloud membership. This is unacceptable as is.

Sure.  If  Show Older Apps is selected in your Creative Cloud desktop app.  See screenshot.

Scroll down to Photoshop.  Click More Actions (3 dots icon) and select Other Versions.
